Cardel E. Locke is the Contractor Installation Manager (CIM) overseeing the military personnel transition services across 5 military installations along the east coast. He leads a team of 15 counselors committed to helping our service members transition out of the military. Prior to this role, Cardel spent 3 years at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch and 2 years at AXA Advisors as a financial advisor where he helped his clients accumulate and protect their wealth. He also held various financial management and financial planning and analysis roles at AT&T, Deutsche Bank, and JP Morgan Chase.
He graduated from Seton Hall University with an MBA in finance, graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey. Mr. Locke is FINRA registered, completing the Series 7 and 66 exams. He has served on the Foundation Board for 4 years, serving as the Treasurer during the last 2 years.
